A PLAY FOR TODAY’S BOYS AND YOUNG MEN
YEARS 7 - 12
Stories can be modified or deleted to suit age groups or religious beliefs of the audience

Boys Talk is based on real life accounts from real men, presented in a series of monologues. Stories will be modified or deleted to suit age group and religious beliefs of the audience.

The play examines crucial issues for boys in the 21st century, including:

Academic performance

boys girls talk

Forming and maintaining relationships

Disruptive and anti-social behaviour, violence and self harm

Sexuality

Managing emotional and psychological stress

Alcohol and substance abuse

Relating to females and other males

Bullying, harassment and homophobia

Identity, masculinity and male role models

Communication and self-expression

Transition to manhood

Content of the play will be modified to suit the age group or religious beliefs of the audience.

Boys Talk is performing in Melbourne in Term 3: 23 July to 21 September, 2012.
